The Return Process

When you arrive at the Bottle Depot please:

  • Obtain a cart.
  • Remove containers from plastic bags and cardboard boxes.
  • Place your plastic bags and cardboard in the designated bins.
  • Sort your containers on the cart in the following way:

Returning Aluminum Cans

Separate pop from beer and place them onto flats (flats are supplied by the depot).

Separate alcoholic from non-alcoholic and 1litre and under from greater than1 litre.

Separate 1litre and under from greater than 1 litre.

Separate 500 ml and under from 501 ml to 1 litre.

Separate alcoholic from non-alcoholic.
Returning Gable Top

Gable Top
Separate 500 ml and under, 501 ml to 1 litre and over 1 litre.

Please have containers visible on cart to ensure an accurate count.
