The Return Process

When you arrive at the Bottle Depot please:

• Obtain a cart.
• Remove containers from plastic bags and cardboard boxes.
• Place your plastic bags and cardboard in the designated bins.
• Sort your containers on the cart in the following way:

Aluminum Separate pop from beer and place them onto flats (flats are supplied by the depot).

Plastic Separate alcoholic from non-alcoholic and 1litre and under from greater than1 litre.

Glass Bottles Separate alcoholic from non-alcoholic and 1litre and under from greater than1 litre.

Bi-Metal Cans Separate 1litre and under from greater than 1 litre.

Drink Boxes Separate 500 ml and under from 501 ml to 1 litre.

Gable Top Separate 500 ml and under, 501 ml to 1 litre and over 1 litre.

Bag in a Box Separate alcoholic from non-alcoholic.

Please have containers visible on cart to ensure an accurate count.
